To Charge the Battery
Fully charge the batteries before use.
Note:The LED of the charger shows red when the battery is charging and it will turn green when the battery is fully charged. It will take about 4 hours to fully charge these batteries.
To Install the Battery
Find the wire in the battery pocket,unplug the cap from the wire head.
Connect the wire head to the battery.
Put the battery into the pocket and zip it up.
To Turn On
Press the power button.
Select Low, Medium, or High to activate the heat settings
(1 flash = low heat. 2 flashes=medium heat. 3 flashes=high heat.)
To Turn Off
Press the power button until the indicator light is off
