With OEM/ODM experience in heated gloves since 2013
We provide professional technical advice for you to build your own brand products efficiently and safely.

Custom work starts where a catalogue ends. Heating layout and wattage are redrawn for your garment's seam lines, the control interface is chosen between a manual button or a Bluetooth app, and the battery pack is sized from 2,200 to 5,000mAh or above to reach your target runtime. Fabric, lining, pattern, grading and private label — woven tags, care labels, hangtags, retail-ready cartons — follow your market rather than ours. System voltage stays at 7.4V or 12V so pack, controller and heating element remain a matched set.
Validation runs alongside development rather than after it. Heating elements are thermal-imaged to confirm even output and to catch hot spots before tooling is cut. Wire harnesses go through repeated bend cycles — the same test our insole circuits passed one million times. Assemblies are built to IPX4 as standard, with IPX5 available on request. Packs are load-tested and aged, and every garment runs at low, medium and high before it is packed.
Three production lines handle garment assembly, heating-system integration and final packing under one roof, with capacity for roughly 1,000,000 units a year. Soldering, wire routing and element bonding stay in-house rather than subcontracted, so a heating fault surfaces inside the same building instead of at the port. Mass production completes within 45 days of the signed golden sample; OEM programs run 20 to 25 days and ODM programs 50 to 60 days.
Incoming cells, controllers and heating film are checked against the approved sample before release to the line. In-process checks cover solder joints, element resistance and controller function at every station, and each finished unit is powered through low, medium and high before packing. Packs are load-tested in a programmable constant temperature and humidity chamber, and random samples are held for aging runs. Batch records are retained, so a warranty claim six months after delivery can be checked against the actual run.
Retail-ready packaging is the default for brand programs: printed cartons, hangtags, polybags with the required warnings, and a manual in your market's language. Battery packs ship UN38.3 tested, with terminals protected and packs bagged separately inside the carton. Cartons carry SKU, quantity, gross weight and battery content so customs classification is not guesswork. CE, FCC, RoHS and UKCA documentation travels with the shipment, and every unit carries a 12-month warranty from delivery.
