Heated Insoles Keep Your Feet Warm

Aches and pains in your feet can be caused by cold weather. As we get colder blood concentrates around our torso to protect our major organs. This leads to neglected cold feet. If you want your feet to stay warm there are devices called heated insoles that can help out.

Heated insoles come in many different versions. Most have bulky wires that can be uncomfortable but if you look around you can find insoles that are heated by batteries. Often these are rechargeable and can last a very long period of time.

Many are charged by Lithium-ion batteries. These tiny batteries can hold a charge up to 8 hours and fit easily into the sole. They are so small that you will not even notice they are there. They work just like any other insole providing support and comfort inside your shoe. You can replace your original insole with the heated versions or you can leave the original one in. The choice is up to the wearer.

A heated insole has a thermostat inside the sole that regulates temperature. When your foot starts to become cold at lower than 31 degrees Celsius they turn on until your foot temperature reaches 41 degrees Celsius. The natural body temperature is 37 degrees Celsius. Each insole works separate from another, one foot may be colder or warmer than the other. So one insole may be active while they other is not.

If your suffering from cold weather during your favorite outdoor activities like hunting, skating, and fishing then insoles that are heated are a solution to keeping your lower extremities warm and pain free.

Maintaining electric heated insoles is not as easy as it may seem. You have to do plenty of important tasks. So cruel is the truth unless you've got a to help you.
